No one has helped me whatsoever, feel ignored. When I spoke to my doctor and said I wanted something done about it, the reply was 'But you have had it for years!' My response was 'Yes and I don't want to have to suffer it for many more years!' Hopeless, it wrecking my life and I used to be so fit.

Most of the help I find invaluable and spot on, comes from doctors that promote whole food plant based diets. My primsry care is useless.

The orthopaedic surgeon who disagreed with another 'cutter' who wanted to give me a replacement hip when my hip 'broke down'. Two years later into a control and manage program (mostly regular exercise, an anti-inflammatory diet and cod liver oil/chondroitin) I'm hopeful I can put it off another few years, but won't hesitate to take the op if I get recurring pain.

No one at all has helped me. I got told by the Dr after test and a fractured pelvis then left to get on with it. I am in more pain than ever and feel totally at a loss

So my private osteopath/physio sent me back to the doctors after being ignored by them and wrote a letter saying I needed an xray. The xray came back I have osteo arthritis in the hip with osteophytes. The doctor then sent me to a physio on the NHS for 3 appointments, he gave me exercises but not physio or relief for the pain. On the second appointment I had pulled my achilles tendon and thought he would fix it but said that his insurance wouldn't cover it. He massaged my leg instead which did nothing. On the third appointment I had screwed up the exercises as they were so complicate with bands, I got tied in a knot, it was hopeless. I said that this is affecting my life and he said 'That's what I wanted to hear and referred me to another physio linked to a hip replacement facility. So no physio, just pulled my legs around and said my tightness wasn't caused by my hip arthritis and referred me to an exercise class. I am still waiting after nearly two years after going to the osteopath. I paid to go to a chiropractor on Monday and she said my spine had twisted on my pelvis and I had gluteal medius tendinopathy, inflammation of the gluteus maximus. I told everyone I had burning in the region but was ignored. I had this for years. She said she hadn't seen anyone so bad with it, I can hardly walk. But I walked out of the chiropractor without pain for the first time in many years. She was amazing and spoke about supplements and diet. I now have hope, no thanks to the doctors!

No one, haha. Maybe it's just me, but I've never met a doctor who genuinely wanted to help me but not get some extra money. I don't expect anyone to be selfless or some kind of. But when I ask them to check my problem deeper - they just say that they did well. None of them cured my chronic rhinitis - but every time I get laudatory recommendations about their another drug. in private clinics, doctors do better - no doubt. The same is for professional assistinghands.com/9/ohio/c... . But such staff is much more pricey. I don't think that everyone in our country gets so much money to visit private doctors.
