I sympathise ...I had this when numerous A&Es not testing & appts 3 weekly [ chronic utis acute 3 weekly spina bifida seen] with Prof of Urodynamics for rotated antibiotics .I Paid for expensive MRI [ now out of date] The Private appt recommended Referral to tertiary hospital Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital .This didn't happen but did have steroid injections that helped with pain but still have temporary kyphosis & spasticity connected to utis - USA have vaccine not licensed here called urommune for e coli .I since found as know have numerous bugs in uti connected to gynae [BV] , bowel e coli the injection may be only temporary solution .To begin found paramol from tesco very good , also ibuprofin , codeine phosphate , CBS capsules NB CFS/ fibro & uti closed groups .Acupuncture especially cupping too !
