Booking in appointment

Hi there, i have my booking in appointment today and don't know why but im super nervous about it can anyone tell me what to expect. Thanks Lee-Ann

Hey. Congratulations on the pregnancy. Unfortunately the 1st appt is pretty boring. They fill out lots of paperwork and you get your notes. The midwife will also sort out your scan date.

Mine didn't check I was pregnant. Just trusted my tests.

Don't be nervous though. All the midwives I've met and I'm 38 wks now, have been lovely.

My husband came with me as I was nervous too. X

Thanks, was a total shock in the first place that i was pregnant and the docs got me to hand in a urine sample as they need to have it on record that ive been tested by them Thanks for the advice. xx

Hey there, congratulations! As with the post above unfortunately its a little boring and lots of questions about you and your health etc...However, boring or not it's still pretty exciting to be taking that first step of meeting the midwife! Good luck x
