Sorry we can't speak.

Speaking and listening on the telephone is really difficult. Does anyone else with a Brain Injury find this? I want to start a campaign to reopen local government offices like the tax office, benefit office and so on as it is really difficult (if not impossible) to be expected to use a telephone. The closure of telephone boxes is also a real problem as in an emergency how can we call? I feel we are really left out in the cold.

Wow, I never associated that problem directly to my brain injury. I never really want to talk on the phone.
