3 times I have filled out the questionnaire. I enter all my medications, and click on 'Save changes' , go back to the questions and they are saved until the next question, whereupon , they disappear, and comes up with 'none'. and it keeps asking me to fill out my medical condition; I typed Essential tremor. I have had ET since 2011, and have tried 4 medications, neither of which work., which is why I want to join this foundation, since my ET in my left hand is extremely inconvenient. Fortunately, it started after I retired from my profession, pathology, as I could not have carried on with my work with it.
