Last night I slept over 11 hrs. Was up at six and napped at 9-11 ish, had lunch then napped 1-2It's 3.30 and I'm really exhausted. I've done nothing but reply to messages on here😉

And clean my toilet.

I know it's a phase but it's a long one this time.

What do other people do?🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤔😍🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

Listen to your body, try and do something small in-between naps and get some fresh air and sunshine on your face if you can. I have had a week of napping and I have struggled to get out of bed this morning but my car needs to go to the garage for the day or I'll be without it over the weekend as engine fault light keeps coming on. I have no motivation at the moment and got a real depressed feeling for some reason. I have 3 collies that keep me going though so I do have to get up and move. Sending gentle hugs your way, I hope it passes.

Thank you Love-my3collies🤗That's what my carer said to.

Doing the toilet yesterday was monumental for me lol. The loo didn't need doing really but I want ed to do the bath room and that's as far as I got😢😟😞😂😂😂😉. Now I feel useless. My anxiety levels are sky high. It's humid which affects my breathing making me panicky so it's easier to nap with the off snore😂

Thanks for your reply 🤗🤗🤗🙃🤗🤗🤗😍❤

I You’re not on your own. I feel like I could sleep on a washing line. My OH can’t understand it. Particularly when I’m trying to listen and concentrate on something he’s saying, my eyelids start drooping and he gets nearly cos I’m nodding off again.

Doesn’t matter how much sleep I’ve had the night before either. We’ve even tried monitoring it on our Apple Watches. I get far more sleep than him, you can see it’s broken. What’s more it’s showing I only get into deep sleep for a maximum of an hour each night.

Methinks I’m not actually getting enough restorative sleep, thus making me tired and bound to nap during the day.

Possible you’re suffering in the same way, although it doesn’t make it easier for you.

TBF I’ve written off trying to watch films or anything longer than 60 minutes, particularly in an evening, cos I miss so much. Seem to spend all my time rewinding!!!

Keep your chin up and fingers crossed for a good day 🤞🤞🤞🤞

You too hun😃,It's partly why I don't watch any TV except YouTube as it's in bits. And I can watch exactly what I want in the morning. In the eve we watch news on YouTube as BBC is biased.

I've got a Huawei watch that also tells me what Im slept. My ratios are similar to urs😂

Just waiting for my carer to arrive.

I'm screwing this up🙄🙄😒😒😕

It's gone dark meh.

You take care ❤

I’m on duloxtine which helped with this deep sleep however been sleeping all the time and not getting to do the things I want because I’m so tired, my doctor has said I might be on too high a dose so going to come down abit and see if that makes a difference
