Tips on how to thicken hair? I'm 52, had FECT in 2010 & also started tamoxifen.Hair is very thin,can see my shiny scalp :(
There was a question about this on another forum and a couple of days later I was in a Health Shop in Thame and a customer was asking about this. As I couldn't hear everything that was said I asked the owner when I was checking out. He recommended Biotin and the Solgar brand in particular. The link is to some customer reviews on Amazon which may be of help. Of course there are other brands available, but Solgar has a good reputation. Don't know if Viridian do it; they are a British company who have very high standards for their products and use organic where possible.

My mum had to take tamoxifen and her hair went very thin too. She used a toni and guy product (can't remember which one it was) but it was specifically to thicken thinning hair and it did work for her.
