Hello, I woke up this moment with a very sore red circle (almost a perfect circle) on the bottom on my areola. Its not a bite or a spot because there isn’t anything on the top of the skin. It’s very swollen notable different from my other breast my man thinks it might be a blocked milk duct or an abscess. If a blocked milk duct (which I think is unlikely as I’m not a mum) all I can find is about ‘empty the breast’ ‘use the other one’ there isn’t anything about if you have one but you don’t breast feed I’m applying heat but I’m unsure what else to do
