Happens to me too - if I've been able to sleep it off, when I wake up I'm so ravenous I could eat my way through the fridge!

Me too, it must be because the migraine has drained us and we need extra food to get better......

I can't remember where I read it but there was a study where they found that migraineurs were throwing up food from up to two days previous to their migraines, so once we get all that food out of our system of course we need more! Our bodies don't digest things properly when in the throws of a migraine and migraines are hard work.
