This could be several things, not least of which is dehydration and/or low blood sugar. Do you notice any improvement after you eat/drink?? Does this pain occur every time you move?? How long has this been going on??

Have you checked with your GP? What you describe is similar to that of someone who has an arthritic neck, possibly a thoracic vertebral condition. I hope you will get some results as to what is causing the pain.

Do your eyes feel like they are swelling up and do you feel off balance get your eyes checked see what they say then go GP.
