You need to see if your symptoms fit for Hughes Syndrome migraines, if they do.. you can then search in Pakistan under (antiphospholipid syndrome), there will be hospitals in Pakistan where research has been done, however only if you symptoms fit, and they may not do so, some people with severe unremitting migraine turn out to have this. M

My symptoms doesn't fit for Hughes syndrome. Acutely my migraine is linked with right arm and leg pain. When i massage my arm or leg my migraine start to reduce. It seems that there is one blood vessel that is affected. I can see that vessel and can feel it as well. My EEG test is normal. Uric acid is also normal. Some major joints also become painful during severe pain. But no pain in small joints like finger joints. Kindly guide me what i should do.

You can try Dr Wassey at Agha Khan Medical University Hospital at Karachi and Dr Bhatty at Razi Road-Karachi

Both are good Neurologists and they might help. Although my Cluster headache could not be cured by them or any Peer, Mulla, Baba, Shrine, or any Dr. in Pakistan and USA and Dr in USA and Pakistan said that I have to live with Cluster Headache for the rest of my life (Ha Ha Haa Welldone, and thanks for telling me really Doc.).

Hoping and wishing you are not inclined towords this.

Thanx for repkly. Blood tests reveal that i m suffering from HYPOTHIORIOID. I take daily dose of thyroxine. It surprised me that my headache reduced to only 30%. Its a big change never happend before. Thanx to alimighty God. You can also find out your TSH level. This is most common and most ignored reason of complex symptoms of fatigue, dizziness, headaches and other pains. God bloess you.

Well you right dear but after suffering for some 17-18 years of cluster headache, I would go any where to get help and I have been with many jaly Peerz and Alims and no results were obtained.

Consulted Dr. I H Bhutty, the best neuro in Pakistan and abroad and all they said was to live with it.

I had a vehicle accident during my Ph. D. studies in Mississippi state -USA and got this so called cluster headache and doctors in USA refused to help and no help is available anywhere in the world till date.
