If you were less fearful of migraine would your outlook on life change?

Good question. Mine certainly would, I find I can't make definite plans "just in case" I get a migraine. Invitations to weddings, receptions, parties or even simply going out for a meal with friends and family are very rare nowadays as everyone knows what the answer will be. I think most regular migraineurs have very little social life, so sad.

Always a worry. Hard to drive any distance for fear of a migraine. Mine always start with an aura.

Mine do also and that is what I fear when if go any distance, and any little bit of glare/movement out of corner of my eyes has me thinking "oh no here we go".
