Hemicrania continua

HelloAnyone here dealing with Hemicrania continua. I tried watever medicine, injections but nothing is helping. Any suggestions

I too have hemicrania continua and chronic migraine. Not managed despite trying around 12 preventative medications to find anything that helps. Couldn’t tolerate the main treatment indomethacin and have had nerve blocks twice but no relief. Hope you manage to find something to help.

I have to only have pain relief on one day of a week as taking pain relief more often can make headaches worse. I have no caffeine, plenty of fluids, watch what I eat, regular sleep times, no alcohol. For me the hemicrania is not as bad as the chronic migraines the continuous eye watering really annoys me but unfortunately just living with it along with continual head pain.

Hmm... ok.... i cant move my head wen hemicrania hits, have to take extra dose of indo with benzodiazepines n then after 2-3 hrs i get relief but after that i feel so tired like whole energy is being drained out.
