I’ve been having a bad migraine the last few days. The last time I had a full blown migraine was about 10years ago when my half my vision went white then returned.
This time is all on my left side. Yesterday constant left headache, face pain. Today it’s not constant, on and off like a wave. I can almost feel the pain moving around my face & head. This evening only my left face- cheekbone and mouth/teeth. It builds up & intensifies to me crying as it’s so painful- it feels tight like a spasm.
Has anyone else experienced this symptom with migraine?
I wondered if it was my teeth causing the pain but I’m eating with no pain & inbetween waves the pain goes.

My niece has face pain, and apparently lots of others do too. I'm convinced it's migraine as her symptoms are so similar to mine apart from exact location - though the face is part of the head! They don't have any pain in the head, just the face, and are at the dental hospital. Even though they can find nothing wrong with their teeth. My niece has ended up in casualty more than once as the pain is so dreadful. At least you know it's migraine so won't waste your time/money going to the dentist. Neuralgia is a possibility, but it sounds like migraine and as you've had that before it sounds most likely.
Hope you can find what treatment works best for you.
