I think it might have helped me give a better answer if you could choose more than one option on the list.I had to write no seasonal variation , and that appears to be the biggest answer but I wonder whether other participants might be like me.

Even if I rule out things like Stressors , Diet , other health problems , I do have more Migraines and sometimes more severe symptoms , in the Winter because of the cold , and Summer because of the Heat .

So there is seasonal variation for me , but I couldn't give the answer that fits my pattern.
