My Son Michael died on the 06.10.17 so I no longer have anyone with a learning disability to care for.

Thank you Sarah, I only mentioned it as I could not complete the questions properly.
My GP has been amazing - particularly good at helping me stay well. I didn't feel silly saying when my mental was suffering. Practical help too.
