Is there adequate physiotherapy services in your area for adult's with CP?

I am unsure how to navigate the services available to me on the NHS

I use a private physiotherapist because the services are inadequate

My GP does not know what to do and I feel unsupported with my cerebral palsy

My GP has been supportive and referred me to an NHS Physio

I have been told to self manage my CP but do not have NHS support to do this
