Hi my name is Tracey and i am the chairman of Living with Reflux. A little bit about me ....

I have two older children who both suffered. My eldest had reflux and my youngest reflux disease. It was really hard going and i felt alone and exhausted and found getting help difficult. For this reason Living with Reflux was founded and we have an amazing team here to support you.

My eldest did grow out of reflux and we have never looked back.... However, my youngest still has some smaller issues. i look forward to meeting you all and welcome to our new group...

Tracey 😀

Hi I am Steph a mum of 2 young boys, my eldest (7) suffered with reflux which is how I discovered this wonderful charity and subsequently become involved to help other families have support and understanding of this horrible condition. Also here with an ear to listen and let you know you’re not alone xx

Hi, I am Charlotte and my son (18 months) has suffered with reflux and delayed food allergies since birth. Although it is much better now there are still some really tough days/weeks. Reflux can be been quite an isolating experience and I have learnt a lot in the last 18 months, which I would love to share with other parents. I am expecting my second baby in September and I am hoping it will be a reflux free journey (v unlikely) 😂

I live in South West London and would also love to set up a support group for local parents who are living with reflux as the main thing I struggled with is finding others who were going through the same thing. xx

Hi Charlotte

Welcome to our new group and I am sorry to hear about your son. Mine son also suffered and struggled with a combination of food allergies.

Congratulations also new baby wise, it is a very uncertain feeling after the experience of one with reflux. I remember it well!

We do have a very large FB group as well and I know a lot of parents there are from the London area. I also have your email I will write to you personally.

Nice to meet you,

Tracey
