Sometimes I get so scared my anxiety is taking over its been so horrible these last 3 weeks Im starting to feel like im not strong enough to overcome it. It so bad now Im to scared to even see a dr for it and honestly sometimes even feel like im going crazy. i dont kniw what to do anymore... I feel as though when im not having anxiety im depressed... I just feel so lost within myself... What do i do. I cant live like this anymore...

Hi,
I'm carrier ALD end depress/anxio are simtomes. I go in doctor all year to control and any sport; fisical exercice are very important to me.
