Brilliant news for the Leukaemia Care Charity, great publicity and thanks so much to Nickey and Annette for your so valued contribution. I was also diagnosed at Christmas and it certainly rocked my world and others around me. I have found the media so often portrays Christmas as a happy family all eating Christmas Dinner together with a log fire in the background and so often that is not the case. Take care both of you.

I agree. I am personally dreading Christmas this year. My son is 25 and will be in for a bone marrow transplant. First time for us 4 not to be together at home. Me, his dad and his sister (the donor)
