Other: Swollen lymph nodes in my neck. Still no other symptoms.
Experienced eustachian tube dysfunction .
Multiple clots requiring hospital admission
Completely asymptomatic
I also had swollen lymph nodes in my neck well before diagnosis (but forgot to note this in "other" category)
I had no symptoms, found out based on labs at annual check

lump at the back of my neck. GP examined my breast and found a lump too. (Lymph nodes are up, they have never gone away )
Enlarged spleen.
