I’ve been on Ldn 3 months for Fibromyalgia. I just started getting joint pain. Any help?

Hello, what dose are you on now? Did you start slowly & build up your dose? Which joints are you feeling pain in now? Have you felt any improvement with any symptoms from the LDN? I’ve found it helpful with lessening fatigue & I’ve been taking it for a couple of years now

Yes I started slowly at .5 increasing to 4.5. I had dizziness from the start but ended up so dizzy I could barley drive. My Dr said it was too high to go back down to 2. I just quit taking it to see how I felt. I’m less dizzy but still have some dizziness. My all over body inflammation went down. And my headaches went away. My fatigue has stayed the same. The joint pain is in every single joint. And ankles and wrist hurt. Not sure if it’s Ldn or lack of hormones.

Not sure what to suggest I’m afraid. I haven’t experienced joint pain caused by Fibro. Usually it’s the muscles & tendons that ache & become fatigued. How long has this been a problem? Maybe it’s viral? LDN should help so maybe go back on.

Over 10 years. I have the muscle and tendon pain and fatigue too. I’ve been checked for Lyme and took a viral antibiotic for a time to see if it would help. It did not. I have ebv shown in my past but not active that I’m aware of . I’m 50 so I guess maybe the new joint pain is do to declining hormones. Just not sure I can handle and more additional pain.

The Ldn doesn’t help the joint pain

It’s difficult I know. I’ve got some joint pain in my back I’m trying to sort out now with a physiotherapist. Maybe you could see a physio? You can often self refer at your GP. They might be able to tell you more about the cause too. Good luck

I’m also looking into cervical instability as it’s related to many of my symptoms. Good luck to you as well thanks
