I think it is a matter of diet, yoga and a full lifestyle attitude. For me the diet has to be whole-food plant based no refined foods (including no oils). Only when you are on this kind of diet can you best keep up the energy levels needed for sustained and intensive yoga, as well fastest recovery both after and when the body takes a hit.
Lifestyle is about embedding such a diet and yoga into your whole being, as well as being as kind as possible to the planet, friends and family.
