Hi Neezro , there is no way anyone can give you a diagnosis from a photo . If you are sexually active it is very easy to pick up STI's in the throat from oral sex . If this applies to you the best thing is to go and see a doctor or clinic where they will take a swab and confirm exactly what is causing the problem .
Doesn't really look like oral candida . Are you HIV positive, or just worried you are positive because of mouth changes ?
