Non-detectable viral load and CD4 of near 800 and I have been HIV+ since 1983 and converted to AIDS in 1991. Last year I was running 3 miles in 30 minutes 3-4 times a week but developed necrosis in one hip due to medications and had to have that hip replaced. Still exercising regularly but running is off the schedule, now I use the stair master for cardio.
