It is only people who have no idea so naturely they are scared, but the nose snub doesn't help. I was actually discriminated against by a dr, he hadn't read my notes & wanted to do a test. I as norm said i have hep c. (warn everyone that needs to know) He didn't look at me or talk to me again. I eventually said I'll go then i got no response so i left.

Hi Jansue,

This is a shocking example of discrimination! Did this take place in Nova Scotia? I hope you were able to find a doctor who was more educated and tolerant than that one! Please let us know!
