Hey fam, well I’ve just took the last dose👌of 8 weeks on Maviret 👏 hospital tomorrow to get the all clear💃I am so happy to put the last 16 years of hell well and truly behind me! I am so very grateful I never thought I’d see the day to be free🌈

I have been so lucky no side effects except fatigue.I know a lot of you have not had it so easy. And I take my hat off to all you brave warriors going threw it on the longer treatments, those of you still waiting for treatment those of you who never got the result you needed and the newly diagnosed you are all amazing! Never give up hope!

Thank you too everyone for the kindness inspiration,love and support you have given me!

Thanks Alan, already started the diet work outs on Monday feel full of energy with getting my blood sugars down. All good on wards and up wards.Now I’m just looking forward to April and our holiday🌞

It’s amazing to watch how far some people come in just a few weeks really,get back on track to being real people again instead of living like the walking 💀 dead 👍good luck with your blood sugar stuff now hope you can reverse it a bit diet wise.

Yes I will I’ve done it before when I went back to my old eating habits the diabetes come back. Can already feel the difference after only a few days of eating right.

I don’t know about maveret but I’m being monitored for 60 weeks in total with the epclusa do you get signed off and a rubber stamp saying sorted tomorrow Doyou know?

The nurse told me at my last appointment I would get tested at 3 months then 7 then that was it I need to remember to ask tomorrow about further monitoring as in scans etc.

Are there lots of people up our way getting cured now?do hope so but there must be lots of people who don’t even know they carry the virus around.

Yes treatment is pretty fast this end 🙌 back in 2002 Sefton had the highest cases in the country.I don’t know if that’s still stands today. But yes lots of people unaware they have it

Hooray congrats and well done . When I spoke to my cons from kings he looked puzzled at first like he hadn’t heard of maverit. Then he mumbled something about always coming out with new drugs. I have had a terrible time with ribavirin exveira and veikrax I am 1,000x’s worse now 21 weeks into a 24 wk course I see them next week and going to tell them enough no more this s—-is killing me. 0 viral load from 4 weeks

You should be extremely proud of yourself for sticking with it for so long!

Three weeks left now🙌 you have come so far! If they say you need to finish the 24 weeks then you can do it! You’ve got this and you will soon be free.

Hi Lucien got the all clear yesterday I go back in 4 weeks to get tested then 3 months then again in 6 months. The nurse said if it is not showed up after the 3 months then it’s not coming back.I already know it’s not coming back so all good😊🌈💋
