Hi, I have also got to have this procedure at some point, and have been told that af will always be there but you shoulkd not be so aware of it, and will always have to be on blood thinners. Hope this helps and good luck with everything.

I agree but I am not only aware but suffer significant breathlessness. I also left me with left sided heart failure even though I have no heart disease. This in turn has spread to RV dyssynchrony and I am in more trouble. I was not warned of this side effect to Pace and Ablate and am fighting to get something done. I am on High diuretic therapy and this helps. But I am not happy. I am learning as I go along but beware.

Hi again, yes I also have other electrical probs and also leaking mitral valve, I am now 63 years of age and have had probs since I was 27. I have had numerous meds and procedures over the years to no avail. I can totally appreciate how you feel and send you lots of love and luck.
