I have suffered with Meniere's now for 8 years, left ear 40% loss and 20% in the right ear, wear hearing aids and have struggled with hearing TV. Bought a new Samsung smart TV but even after reading reviews about how good the sound was, still had to have volume very high. Decided to buy a sound bar (majority make around £125 from Amazon) all connects via Bluetooth and easy to set up. What a revelation, perfect sound and great clarity. You will never want to listen to standar TV sound again.
Actually bought a smaller sound bar around £25 just to see if there was a difference, save your money go straight for the majority sound bar.
