Ménière's Disease

I was recently diagnosed as having Ménière's Disease. I need to find a doctor of Otolaryngologist with a sub-specialty of Neurotology. I live in Orange County Ca. This is a specialty that does not appear to be common. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi, this is a UK based forum and while there are many locations represented on healthunlocked, not so many from the US so useful responses might be thin.

Good luck with your search!

Is this anything like progressive hearing loss. This condition is interesting. I wonder if we have the same symptoms?

I have had Ménière’s Disease since 2006 I had to have 2 surgeries that made me deaf in one ear and 45% hearing in my good ear but I developed Tinnitus along with it . I had vertigo for 3 yrs so I had to have the surgery and I’m much better. I went to Loma Linda ENT Dr Stewart he specializes in Ménière's disease. I had to change my life and stay away from salt , caffeine and sugar and no process foods because of the MSG , I wish you well good luck and I’m here if you have questions
