I said yes, only because there was not a way to say more.

I do not think that they are responsible but I think that a country with the assets and abilities of ours should make sure that its citizens should all have health care coverage before we put money into any other country or cause.

I think the federal government should insure that good health care is available at a reasonable cost

Healthcare is too complicated to make a black and white decision on who should be responsible. Healthcare is so expensive now how can anyone but the federal govm't really pay for it. On the other hand, the federal government doesn't ever do a great job in being in charge of anything. A combination of government and private enterprise would be a good mix, but honestly I don't know what the answer it. Everyone needs good medical care but we don't know how to get the costs down it seems. As it is insurance makes deals we don't really know about but without it we couldn't afford it. Medicare for all seems okay but some say it will drive costs up. I don't get it. If we stopped using our money for wasteful things maybe we could get the costs down.
