Let's hope this only unites us all and does not cause divisions within our society. How so many precious lives can so easily be taken is scarey.
I find it hard to understand the indiscrimate killing of attacks like these.
Although I do not fear to live in this world I am starting to fear the world that it is turning into.

I think we all worry what the world is turning into. I just hope people don't change their habits and refuse to go to crowded places because that means that the evil element has won a victory.
wherever in the world atrocities take place, children suffer. It doesn't seem that we can turn on our televisions without seeing the fate of children at the hands of evil power-crazed morons, from starvation to abuse!

My two children live and work in Manchester. It's a lovely city and everyone is/will pull together. I was glad to get hold of them both. My heart goes out to everyone involved, it's life changing, but good will prevail.

No doubt the deluded young man shouted 'Alluha Akbar' as he detonated his suicide bomb.............God Is Great. I'm thinking that only an evil god would welcome his sacrifice after the slaughter and maiming of innocent people.
This crazy world is now virtually on my doorstep and just got horribly real. And horribly sad.

Whilst people and the media think all this public outpouring of support and media coverage is a good idea. It sadly plays into the hand of the terrorists.
Terrorist do not care whom they kill even if it is their own people. The main thing they crave is attention and media coverage to tempt the next person to gain "fame" within their organisation. The more "air time" an atrocity gets the greater the celebrity status of the perpetrator.
The media need to return to the unemotional news of the 70s and 80's. Where they would cover an bombing as part of the Northern Ireland conflict in a few minutes and then move on to another subject.

Conspiracies say otherwise about this so called "attack".
I will not be praying at all.
I do not follow mainstream news anymore, I would rather look into independent/alternative media where they speak real truth.
Prayers and thoughts for thevictimsandtheir families. Also prayers for the souls of the perpatrators-may God be merciful - I am no judge. I am angry with the bomber though anddo not understand why. Not really intersted in politics - but bottom line is that lives have been violently taken and that is just plain -wrong. I am a mere mortal and have no answers for such blind hatred.
No more words - what can be said? My thoughts and prayers with the victimsandtheir families.
