Hello JEB. Would your mum be able to join us here on the forum ? This is a lifeline for so many people with varying types of head injury..........including myself.........I had a SAH in Dec 2011.

If you're meaning one-to-one or face-to-face sessions then perhaps you could call the Headway helpline on 0808 800 2244 for information on groups and meetings in your area. Regards, Cat.

Welcome to our world Jeb. As you can see this won't be the end of your mum's world, more of an aid into a new one. All of the people you will meet on here have been through the same trauma you are now experiencing. I had mine in 2004. So keep your chin up. I'm in N.London though, so won't be much help for Lincs, but cat3 has suggested a good idea. Good luck.
