I feel more isolated as a result of Covid-19 restrictions over the past year than due to my brain injury.

I am not isolated physically, however emotionally yes. We are all alone and separate I think. With a brain injury we are also separate from what we used to be and what we are familiar and comfortable with so thats a special kind of separate.
