Hi folks, sorry I've not posted for a while, lots been going on these past couple of months; nothing more exciting than medical appointments.

As per usual, I was feeling extremely fatigued and contacted my GP, so then it was the predictable bloods taken, checking Thyroid and Blood Pressure, Blood Pressure Monitoring and repeat bloods and monitoring; out come being that I have been prescribed a further blood pressure medication, as well as being diagnosed with High Cholesterol, so have also been prescribed with a 'statin'.

I also had an ECG recently which showed my heart being slightly enlarged, so am awaiting a further scan, the Dr. did tell me it was nothing to worry about, but with everything else going on and already having an irregular heart beat; it's difficult not to worry.

Anyhoo, I have been making a lot of changes, lifestyle, consuming, exercise, clothing, and to be truthful it's been quite overwhelming, and at the minute I'm not too sure who, or what I am, which direction I should, or want to go in; I know I will get there, or at least I will get better than this eventually.

Every thing's not so bad either, I had my first big social gathering the other week, I attended a wedding, Wwooo Hhooooo!!! It was lovely getting dressed up for something, though putting on makeup was a bit of a challenge after so long without:) It was absolutely awesome seeing those you love dearly, and had not seen since before March 2020; I was still extremely aware of whom I was mingling with. Unfortunately the beautiful bride who has brittle bones, fell on the dance floor and broke her knee; not the wedding night she had hoped for. It is such a wee shame:( missed out on her honeymoon suit, and her honeymoon; they shall live happily ever after though.

I have been getting through with the help of my family and friends(in our bubble), I've continued my mission of doing those jobs you've meant to do for ages, this week I put sleeves and a modesty panel in a favourite dress, I was loathed to get rid of. Breath New Life Into All That You Love!

Thank You for being here everyone, it really is much appreciated.

Remember and be kind to yourself!!

Embrace the difficulties, feel the elation when you come through the other side, and soak up the inspiration and positivity along the way to be able to bring your dreams to fruition.

Stay safe, keep well and be strong.
