Hi Bluebell54, I hope this finds you and yours well and coping with our current situation.Welcome to the forum, it's a fantastic thing to be part of, I personally have had support, comfort, suggestions, advice and laughs through the awesome people on here; like throughout life you are free to pick and choose what you take from it.

I was fortunate enough to complete a Pain Management Program in Feb. 2020 and really don't know how I would have coped with things had I not received all the new tools I now possess.

Like I found when attending the PMP, just knowing that the people you are talking with can totally empathise with you makes such a difference; no disbelief or judgement.

As you may have gathered, I'm a bit of a rambler, I do apologise; I am certain you will find solace and joy in abundance here.

I look forward to hearing from you and getting to know you. Remember and be kind to yourself.
