Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me with some advice someone I know was asking is there a group for Anxiety/Depression/low mood support any were .

If you type low mood or any topic into the search bar on the HU homepage it'll lead you to groups covering lots of topics and you can join them to see what interests or helps you. There are a few threads about low mood running.
