Hi alex2003, just received mail informing of this forum. Thankfully my household and everyone close to me are safe and well. I am finding the restriction of staying in draining, I am an outdoors person; I am extremely thankful that I had completed the PMP recently, the tools given here have been extremely useful these past weeks, lots of mindfulness and guided meditation taking place. I am so grateful to all of you caring for us, from the supermarket workers to all NHS staff.

I am very fortunate that I have a garden so I like to keep busy and it keeps me calm and relaxes me bit sore the next day but after a few stretches I'm ready to go back out again lol
