Nexplanon implant issues

I've just had my implant removed and a new one fitted and two days later if I move my arm a certain way I'm getting pain were the implant is as though it's catching a nerve and it really hurts ,this is my fourth implant and ive never had this happen before ,I'm going to go back to the clinic but unfortunately it's closed until Monday any advice please
