Hi i was on the nexplanon implant for a year, i never even had my first bleed on it, I switch back to the rigevidon pill (after the excessive weight nexplanon caused me to put on) which never caused me any issues, I have been back on it for over 2 months but still haven't had a bleed. I'm worried about what is stopping my bleeds.

The implant thins the lining of your womb so it may take a few cycles of your pill to make it thick again. Remember on the pill you are still not releasing an egg ( ovulating) but only bleed as the hormones in the pill thicken the lining of the womb which sheds when you have your 7 day break. You also need to consider what your periods were like before you started contraception. Don't worry it will all sort itself out, otherwise see your Gp
