Just to make you aware that the new FASD Trust Support Group for Cumbria will be held in Carlisle on 24th November. The group starts at 10.30am and the venue is Carlisle East Fire Station, Eastern Way, Carlisle. All welcome - bring all the family. Free event. Tea/Coffee and biscuits will be served; cold drinks for the kids.

If you do want to come along, it would help if you could RSVP, if possible, to Sarah Evans, Family Support Manager at familysupport@fasdtrust.co.uk. The local host is Vanessa Kelly, but Sarah is attending this first meeting and will be asking those present what kind of topics group members want information about.
