Hope you all had fun over half-term. We carved pumpkins with the faces of Kermit and Elmo on them, so as not to be scary. Then came Bonfire Night and we had sparklers and fireworks, which were watched by some from indoors as the loud bangs and noises hurt ears and are scary. Most kids with FASD can't cope with loud or sudden noises; their ears tend to be very sensitive to noise.
And, now it is back to school, and apparently, Santa Claus is coming to visit soon and he will be bringing loads of presents.........
