PS - talking of weekends, remember that the Kent Support Group meets this Saturday at Folkestone Baptist Church and the weekend of 29th September, the Southampton, Norwich and Oxfordshire Groups are meeting. Full details from Sarah Evans, Family Support Manager at familysupport@fasdtrust.co.uk

Please attend these support groups. I attended on Saturday and unfortunately it was a poor turn out. There really is a lot to learn and if we don't use the facilities available we may lose them :-(
