I am new here and work within a School setting. We have a lovely young man here who has FASD. I would like to know what professional specialist support is available within our area, Norfolk, to come and observe and advise on best strategies to help him. He is Year 9.

Hi , my son who is 10 has FASD and he had an educational psychologist come in who was also adoption, trauma and attachment trained, so knew all about FASD - check with the ed psych team if they have some one appropriate, if not social services may have knowledge of someone as FASD affects a lot of "looked after" children. Great to hear you are wanting to do all you can, your pupil is lucky to have you. Look online also for strategies, lots on there.
