How often is this monitored? Do you think it's often enough to pick up changes? Have you any special experiences or insights to offer here?

I have this monitored every three months with the hospital.I now have my bloods done before i see my consultant so we are then talking about my results as they are at that time not as my results where three months ago after seeing him.

my bloods are done every 3 months at renal clinic and every 4 weeks at epo clinic

Having only found out last year that my EGFR was 20% it fell to 18% by March this year and then fell again to 15% in June. Have been advised that dialysis/transplant likely within 12 months but hoping that this will not be the case!
