Hi, try an Optometrists. I have tinted turquoise glasses and they are a godsend and now make reading a relaxing activity!!! .I don't know which part of the country you are in but there is one in Wetherby called Cameron Beaumont Optometrists and Opticians.

I have never managed to get a prescription but these glasses have changed my life.

Since getting tested and wearing these glasses I can read, judge distances and function. I have to pay for mine. But you may find some grants available. I can't tell you how much irlens lens have helped me.
