That's fantastic! What type of dancing do you like to do?

Mostly housework - everything is such an effort - especially vacuuming or cleaning out bathroom and kitchen. I always need a long recovery period afterwards.

Housework is a great way to get exercise.

Twenty minutes a day sat in my armchair doing leg exercises on an electrically powered mini exercise bike.

Well at age 76 and having had P.A. for 46 years my energy levels don't allow for much more :)

That's okay! Everyone can do what they are able. No one should overdo something.

Go for a walk on a Sunday or out on Mountain bike. I do not like to sit still. Hard days work today(sat).

Try to let the stress get taken care of by using the bike or walking around when you can.
