How has your stroke affected your career?

I managed to keep my business going for nearly 3 and a half years but had to sell it in the end. Thats when the effects of the carotid artery dissection really hit in when I started work and couldn't do things that I used to do without thinking about it. I now work 30 hours in an office but this is still too much for me. I am really struggling with pain, memory impairment, poor concentration, Fatigue and anxiety.
