I turn up the music aand get more active with my cleaning routine.
I stick to the Intermittent Fasting regime. Walking I n the cold aggravates my knee pain so I stay indoors.

Thank you for reminding what we need to continue to do to remain healthy.
Why should you do different things in the winter compared with in the summer. I don’t do anything different the whole year round 😀.
Try and go to gym every day before breakfast for one hour.
All these activities have to be practiced simultaneously to have perfect benefits.

I walk every day to get 10,000 steps no matter what type of weather it is ; either I do indoor or outdoor.
That’s fantastic news. I like walking in and out of the house. Indoor walking at work and outside on nice days.😀👍
