atleast I think the food u eat can also be a cause. Please stop eating carbohydrate

You need to see your Doctor and watch the food you eat .late night eating could affect your results .and which time of the day do you do your reading? .Note, it has to be fasting blood sugar test. I have been diabetic for the past 15yrs.

My friend you need immediate medical attention beforeyour organs damage ( Eyes, Kidney,etc.) I am diabetic. I was diagnosedetic diabetic during a routine medical test in 1983 (Pneumoconiosis exam). I was a Miner & worked in Copper Mines untill 1994. I am still in active work. One of my eye has damaged due to high sugar. I am on insulin since 2004. I do not have any other problems. Take care of your health by controlling sugar level. Go & see a good doctor immediaterly.
My fellows have said, you need to see a doctor who would help you drop the level of sugar to 7 or 8. if you need help I would be happy to help you control it if I know more about you, what you eat, the drugs you take etc.
The sugar reading is very high. I think u need to drop it to a normal range using metformin and diaonil . Afterwards you start herbal treatment to completely solve your problem. Good luck.
